AurumTrade provides an interface to initiate crypto purchases and view order status. Checkout, identity verification (KYC), and payment processing are completed by our on-ramp partner during the purchase flow.
Risk notice: Crypto assets and FX rates can be volatile. You may lose money. Network fees and confirmations may affect delivery time.
Eligibility: You must be legally allowed to use the service and complete identity verification where required.
Refunds & disputes: Refund eligibility depends on the transaction state and partner checkout outcome. Chargeback/dispute handling follows applicable payment method rules and partner processes.
Partner terms: Purchases completed in partner checkout may also be governed by the partner’s terms and privacy policy.
