If you have questions about your order, KYC process, payment, refunds or anything else, you’re in the right place. Below are some common topics. For any other issue please contact us directly.

Order status

After you create an order and complete checkout in our partner flow, you can return to AurumTrade at any time to check the status. Use the “View status” link provided after checkout or, if you have your order ID, append it to /status/<orderId> in your browser to view the live status page. There is no generic Orders listing for privacy reasons.

Refunds & disputes

Refunds depend on the state of your transaction. Once crypto has been delivered to your wallet, refunds are generally not possible. If you encounter a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact the payment provider and our partner directly. We will assist where we can.

KYC & verification

Identity verification is required for most purchases. You can complete KYC on your phone by scanning the QR code from the checkout link. Documents are processed securely by our on‑ramp partner; AurumTrade does not store your verification documents.
